Chronic pain affects every part of life. Our practitioners take a whole-person approach - working with body, mind and nervous system to support your quality of life.
Creuynni was founded in part because of our founder Katherine’s own experience of chronic nerve pain following surgery. When conventional medicine had no further answers, she turned to self-healing practices - and over time, gradually regained her ability to walk, dance and work.
This experience shapes how we approach chronic pain. We know it is real. We know it is complex. And we know that the path forward is often not about ‘fixing’ pain but about changing your relationship with it, building resilience and restoring flow where possible.
Our practitioners bring expertise in physiotherapy, massage, nerve pain, the neuroscience of pain, meditation, and body-based trauma approaches.
If you are experiencing a new, sudden or unexplained pain, please consult your GP before beginning complementary therapy.
