If you are struggling with thoughts of suicide, please reach out. You are not alone, and there are people ready to listen and support you.
Please call 999 or go to your nearest A&E. You can also call the Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7) or text SHOUT to 85258.
Suicidal thoughts can arise when pain - emotional, psychological, physical or social - feels too great to bear. They are a signal that something needs to change, and that support is needed. They are not a sign of weakness or failure.
Creuynni practitioners are not a crisis service. However, once you are safe and have appropriate crisis support in place, we can offer longer-term wellbeing support to address the underlying pain and build inner resources, resilience and hope.
We work in a trauma-informed, non-judgmental way. Our practitioners have experience supporting people who have been through some of the most difficult times of their lives. There is no judgement here - only care.
