Awenydd - from the Welsh word awen, meaning inspiration or flowing spirit - is a tradition of healing and wisdom-seeking rooted in Welsh and Celtic culture. It works with the natural world, the cycle of seasons, ancestors, plant spirit medicine, dreaming, and the subtle forces that move through all living things.

Creuynni has practising Awenydd practitioners who offer individual healing sessions, ceremony, training and community practice. This is not a romanticised cultural tourism - it is a living tradition carried by people who have trained deeply within it.

Sessions may include breathwork, journeying, ceremony, storytelling, plant allies, or simply being in relationship with the land. Every session follows where the person and the moment lead.
