Nature as medicine - therapeutic and community practices that draw on the restorative power of natural spaces, seasonal rhythms and the living world.
The evidence for nature’s benefits to human health and wellbeing is substantial and growing. Time in natural settings reduces cortisol, improves mood, supports immune function, promotes social connection and restores the kind of soft, unfocused attention that modern life depletes. This is not mysticism - it is physiology.
At Creuynni, nature-based wellbeing takes many forms. It might be guided nature walks, outdoor meditation, seasonal ceremonies, green prescribing, community growing, foraging, or simply spending meaningful time outdoors with a practitioner who helps you become more present to where you are.
We operate in areas with genuinely beautiful natural surroundings - the Dee Valley, the Berwyns, and beyond - and have practitioners who work confidently in these settings. Online sessions are offered where in-person is not possible.
